How to Enable Silent Screenshot Capture



  1. For the Desktop App


  • Go to: Admin Settings → Permissions → Screenshot.

  • Toggle Hide Screenshot to On.


  1. For the Web App


  • Go to: Admin Settings → Permissions → Web.

  • Un‑check the View Screenshot option.
