#    	 Exclude Idle Time for Specific Apps & Sites


#### SCENARIO:

Imagine your team members spend hours on Google Meet or Zoom meetings. Even if they aren’t actively typing on their laptops or using their mouse, they are still engaged in work-related activities. A system should recognize that this time is active and not treat it as idle. Therefore, it’s important to exclude idle time for these specific apps and websites to ensure accurate tracking of work hours and activities.

#### STEPS:

#### 1) Click on your name in the top right corner to access your account settings.

#### 2) Click on Admin Settings.

#### 3) Click on the “Productivity Ratings” option in the left menu.

#### 4) Click on the “Website and Apps” tab.

#### 5) Turn on the “Ignore Idle” setting for the desired apps or websites.
