# How to add New Users/employee id in Flowace?

### How to Add or Edit a User & Assign an Employee ID

* Click on your ${color}[#df4f11](**name **)in the top right corner.

* Select ${color}[#e35416](Admin Settings).

* Choose ${color}[#f46315](Add User) or ${color}[#e1630e](Edit User).

* Complete all ${color}[#f0690f](mandatory fields).

Note: 
Roles determine access and permissions:
* **Associate** – Standard user
* **Manager** – Team lead with extra access
* **Admin** – Full administrative access
* **Silent App User** – User without active tracking
