# How to configure Productivity Scope?

### Differences between company-level, team-level and individual-level productivity ratings:

###### Company-level ratings
These cover the entire organisation and reflect how the company as a whole is performing.

###### Team-level ratings
These apply to specific groups of people working together (e.g., a department, project team).

###### Individual-level ratings
These focus on the performance of a single person.

###### To update productivity ratings across company, teams, or individuals:

* **In the top— right corner of the interface, click on your name to open your account menu.**

* **Select **${color}[#df720c](Admin Settings) to enter the administrative configuration panel.
* **From the sidebar, choose **${color}[#e6891e](Work Policy) to access productivity management options.
