This guide provides step-by-step installation and uninstallation instructions for all operating systems — **Windows**, **macOS**, and **Ubuntu** — following both **standalone** and **mass-installation** methods. **Overview:** Download the Interactive App from the Download page in a Flowace  account. Follow operating system-specific steps for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu. It should be run as Regular user. ![Image Anb7Hu](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/6/7/1/e/671eefeed0317800/image_anb7hu.png) **Option B** – Mass Installation (for multiple users) Run this script for all user ## How to Uninstall the App ### Ubuntu * Open the Home directory * Click on the three-line menu icon (or three dots) in the top-right corner of the file manager window * Select the option “Show Hidden Files” to display all hidden folders (hidden files and folders start with a dot, e.g., .local) * Delete the Plugin * Locate and open the .local folder (this is now visible because you enabled hidden files) * Inside the .local folder, find the Flowace folder * Right-click the Flowace folder and select “**Move to Trash**” or “**Delete**” ## How to Install the Fowace plus App ### Windows * Log in to the flowace Account * Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen * Select: **Interactive Mode >> Windows >> Flowace Plus** * Click on Download to start downloading * The installer file (**Flowace.exe**) will be downloaded to your system ![Image 1fo6crs](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/6/7/1/e/671eefeed0317800/image_1fo6crs.png) ### Step 2: Run the Installer * Open the **Downloads** folder * Locate the downloaded **Flowace.exe** file * Double-click **Flowace.exe** to launch the installation wizard ### Step 3: Select Installation Scope When the Choose Installation Options screen appears, select the appropriate option based on your use case. ###### For Shared or Multi-User Computers Select: Anyone who uses this computer (all users) Use this option when multiple users log in to the same machine. ###### For Individual Systems Select: Only for me (Admin) Use this option when the computer is used by a single user.
