# Mac Error Reporting Troubleshooting

## Report an Issue from the macOS Menu Bar
If you experience any issue while using the application, you can report it directly from the macOS menu bar. This helps the support team investigate the problem more efficiently.


### Steps to Report an Issue

* Locate the application icon in the macOS menu bar at the top of your screen.
* Right Click on the application icon to open the menu.
* From the drop-down menu, select Report Issue.

### Best Practices
* After submitting the error report, log in to the **Flowace Web Application** and raise a support ticket, mentioning that an error report has already been submitted.
* Provide a clear and concise description of the issue.
* Include the steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
* Attach relevant error messages or screenshots to help the support team investigate the issue more effectively.
