🧭 Flowace – Project & Tasks Settings Guide

This guide explains how to configure Project & Tasks settings under Default Settings in Flowace Premium. These settings help you control how users select projects, manage tasks, and automatically archive old projects.


🔹 Accessing the Settings

  • Log in to your Flowace account (Admin settings).

  • From the left sidebar, navigate to Default Settings → Project & Tasks.

  • Adjust project and task configurations as per your organization’s workflow.


⚠️ Note: Changes made here will only apply to new users. Existing users will retain their current settings.


📁 Project & Tasks Configuration

These options help streamline how projects and related tasks are tracked within Flowace.

Setting

Default

Enable Project Selection

Allows users to select projects while logging time or tracking work.

Enable Task & SubTask Selection

Enables users to select specific tasks and subtasks under a project for detailed tracking.

On

Periodic Archival of Projects

Automatically archives projects older than a set number of days. Helps in maintaining a clean and optimized workspace.

Off

Greater than (days)

Defines the minimum age (in days) of projects eligible for archival.

💾 Saving Changes

  • After configuring your settings, click Save to apply the updates.
  • Click Cancel if you want to discard the changes.
🔸 The Save button becomes active only after a modification is made.


👥 User Permissions

  • Click User Permissions (top right) to control which users can view or edit project and task settings.


🚀 Setup Onboarding Progress

  • Track your setup completion via the Setup Onboarding bar at the bottom left corner of the screen (e.g., 6/10 completed).
