🧭 Flowace – Timesheet & Monitoring Settings Guide
This article explains how to configure Timesheet & Monitoring settings under Default Settings in Flowace Premium.
🔹 Accessing the Settings
- Log in to your Flowace account (Admin settings).

- From the left-hand menu, go to Default Settings → Timesheet & Monitoring.

- Adjust your organization’s monitoring and timesheet preferences here.
Note: Changes made will only apply to new users. Existing users will retain their current settings.
🕓 Timesheet Settings
These settings control how work time and activity are tracked and managed.

Privacy Mode | When enabled, limits visibility of detailed activity to protect user privacy. | Off |
Idle Alert | Sends an alert when a user is idle for a defined period. | On |
Idle Interval (mins) | Time (in minutes) before a user is marked idle. | 5 mins |
Lock Timesheet | Prevents editing of timesheets older than a set number of days. | Off |
Older than (days) | Number of days after which the timesheet is locked. | 5 days |
Delete Timesheet | Allows deletion of user timesheets. | On |

🖥️ Monitoring Settings
These settings determine how employee activity is tracked for productivity monitoring.

💾 Saving Your Changes
- After configuring the settings, click Save (button will activate once changes are made).
- To discard updates, click Cancel.
🧩 Additional Options
- User Permissions: Manage who can view or modify these settings.
- Setup Onboarding: Track your onboarding progress (visible at the bottom left).
