# Reporting a Bug in the Flowace Desktop App

|| To report a bug in the Flowace desktop app, send an email to support@flowace.ai with details including OS, app version, description, reproducibility, and local data files.

###### Steps to Report a Bug

Ensure fast and efficient resolution by including the following information when contacting [support@flowace.ai](support@flowace.ai):

* **Operating system type and version**
  Example: Windows 10, Windows 11
* **Detailed description of the issue**
  Include steps to reproduce the bug, along with relevant screenshots or screen recordings. Use built-in tools such as the Snipping Tool (Windows) or any third-party screen/video capture tool.
* **Reproducibility**
  Indicate whether the issue occurs consistently or was a one-time event.	
* **Local data files**

While not all of this information may be required for every issue, providing it will help resolve problems more quickly.
