1. What subscription plans does Flowace offer?



Flowace offers three subscription plans with both monthly and annual payment options. Users can get a discount on annual plans. Check our [Pricing Page] for details.


2. How does Flowace charge its users?



Flowace bills users in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Charges are based on the number of active users in the account. Payments are processed automatically through the linked bank account or can be made manually. Once the 7-day free trial ends, Flowace charges in advance for the subscription.


3. What payment methods does Flowace accept?



We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay credit cards.


4. Who needs a license to use Flowace?



Every active user in the system requires a license, including the account owner, as they need access to manage employees, view reports, and track productivity. If a single user needs access to both silent and interactive versions, they will require two separate licenses.


5. How does Flowace charge for additional users?



If you add new users mid-cycle, they are billed immediately on a prorated basis for the remaining time in the current billing period.

Monthly Subscription: Charges are applied immediately based on the remaining days.
Annual Subscription: Charges are applied immediately based on the remaining months.
Seat swaps (removing one user and adding another) do not incur extra charges.


6. Will I get a refund if I delete users during my subscription?



No, refunds are not provided for user deletions. However, you can replace deleted users with new ones at no extra cost within the same billing cycle.


7. Does Flowace offer refunds?



Flowace provides a 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing. Refunds are not available after the trial period. However, in rare cases like service interruptions or an unprocessed cancellation request, we may review refund requests. Refunds or credits are not provided for users removed after a billing cycle has started. To avoid extra charges, adjust your user count before the next billing cycle.


8. Does Flowace charge sales tax?



Yes, Flowace applies transaction taxes based on local laws. Your company address determines the applicable tax rate.


9. When will I receive a renewal reminder for manual payments?



If you are on manual payments, a renewal reminder banner will be displayed:

Monthly Plans: 7 days before the due date.
Annual Plans: 30 days before the due date.


10. What happens if I change my plan or license count during the renewal period?



Manual Payment Users: Changes made during the renewal period will take effect in the next billing cycle, not immediately. If you need the changes to apply right away, please contact us at [support@flowace.ai](mailto:support@flowace.ai), and we will provide a prorated invoice for the remaining days.
Automated Payment Users: You can change your plan or user count anytime, and it will be effective immediately after payment is successful.


11. What if I make changes before the renewal period?



Manual Payment Users: Changes made before the renewal period will take effect immediately after payment is completed.
Automated Payment Users: Changes can be made at any time, and they will take effect as soon as the payment is processed.


12. How to add license count?



You can add extra license count in two ways:
1. Add extra licenses for the next billing cycle:

Go to the Plans page in your account settings.

Find the License Count field.

Enter the total number of licenses you need.

For example, if you already have 100 licenses and want to add 4 more for the next billing cycle, enter 104 in the License Count field and make the payment.

The updated license count will reflect in the next billing cycle.

Note: The additional licenses will be charged in the next billing cycle.

2. Add extra licenses for the current billing cycle:

Go to the Plans page in your account settings.

Find the License Count field.

Enter the total number of licenses you need (existing license count + additional licenses).

For example, if you already have 100 licenses and want to add 4 more in the current billing cycle, enter 104 in the License Count field and make the payment.

Note: The additional licenses will be activated immediately and charged on a prorated basis for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.


13. How to downgrade licenses in my next billing cycle?



To downgrade your licenses in the next billing cycle, you need to reduce the number of active users before the current billing cycle ends. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to the Users section in your Admin settings.

Deactivate or remove the users you no longer need.

Once the number of active users is reduced, the system will automatically adjust your license count in the next billing cycle.

Note: Changes to the license count will reflect at the start of the next billing period.
