💳 Refund Policy After Subscription


Standard Policy

No refunds are issued once your subscription period ends. This policy helps us maintain consistent service quality and fair pricing for all users.


Exceptions - When Refunds Are Available

Refunds may be granted only in this specific situation:

Processing Errors

  • You submitted a cancellation request, but your account wasn't deactivated
  • Proof required: Email confirmation, support ticket screenshots
  • Must demonstrate you intended to cancel before billing


What's Not Covered

Refunds are not provided for:

  • General dissatisfaction with the service
  • Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal
  • Change of business needs
  • Any other reasons not listed in the exceptions above



⚙️User Management & Billing


Removed Users Policy

Important: Users remain billable for the entire billing cycle, even if they:

  • Are removed from your team
  • Log zero hours of activity
  • No longer access the platform

Key Points:

  • Billing cycle can be monthly or annual
  • Users listed as "Active Users" in "Admin Settings >> Users" are charged regardless of usage
  • Plan ahead: Adjust user count before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges


👤User Replacement System

Save money with our flexible user replacement policy:

How it works:

  • Add new users during the same billing cycle without expansion fees
  • Must not exceed the number of users you've removed
  • Only pay for net additions beyond removed users

Example:

  • Start with: 50 users
  • Remove: 5 users
  • Add: 6 users
  • Result: Pay expansion fees for only 1 additional user (6 added - 5 removed = 1 net addition)

Benefits:

  • Smooth workforce transitions without financial penalties
  • Flexibility to adjust team size as needed
  • Cost-effective scaling for growing businesses
