How can you receive notifications when employees work less than the minimum working hours?

1) Click on your name in the top right corner to access your account settings.





2) Click on Admin Settings.





3) To view or create alerts, click on the “Alerts” option in the left menu.





4) Click on the ADD ALERT button.





5) Click on the User dropdown to select users.





6) Select All Users or search users as per your requirements.





7) Enter the minimum working hours.





8 ) Select “Individuals” to notify users. Select “As per Hierarchy” to notify reporting leads by hierarchy.





9) Select Custom Emails to send alerts to any email, registered or not, on Flowace.





10) Click on the ADD button.
