How to Add a Manual Timesheet Entry?
Flowace's Timesheet page normally populates automatically as your team tracks time. If you need to log time worked outside the tracker, you can add it manually from the same page. This article walks you through adding, and understanding, a manual timesheet entry.
Where to find Timesheet ?
Open the Timesheet page from the left navigation. Here you'll see a summary donut chart showing Non Task Time, Task Time, and Idle Time for the selected member and date range, along with a detailed entries table and options to filter, download, or view records.
Adding a Manual Timesheet Entry
1.Go to the Timesheet page.
2.Click New Timesheet in the top-right corner.
3.In the Add Timesheet window, select the Task (this reflects the L3 level of your project hierarchy).
4.Enter an Entry Name describing the work.
5.Add a Description if you want to include more context (optional).
6.Under Period, set the Start Time and End Time for the entry.
7.Click Confirm to save the entry.
Once confirmed, the entry appears in the Timesheet table for the selected member and date, and is included in the Task Time totals shown in the summary chart.

Add Timesheet — Field Reference

|---|---|---|
Member | Auto-filled | Displays the team member the manual entry is being added for. |
Task | Optional | Select the project task (L3 level) that this time entry should be logged against. |
Date | Auto-filled | Defaults to the current date. Change it if the entry belongs to a different day. |
Entry Name | Required | A short label describing the work covered by this timesheet entry. |
Description | Optional | Additional notes or context about the work done during this period. |
Start Time | Required | The time the work period began. |

Things to Keep in Mind
•Entry Name is mandatory; the Confirm button stays disabled until it's filled in along with Start Time and End Time.
•The Date field defaults to today but can be changed to backdate an entry.
•Manual entries are shown alongside auto-tracked time in the same Timesheet table and chart, so totals stay accurate regardless of how the time was logged.
•The Member field cannot be changed from this window; it reflects the profile you were viewing when you clicked New Timesheet.
