How to Map silent users with computers?
How to Link Inactive Computers to Users in Flowace
- Go to Admin Settings.
- Select Silent App Tracking.
- Click on Inactive Computers — this will display a list of devices with relevant details.
- For each inactive computer, enter the name of the user or member in the corresponding row to link that device.
