Step 1: Download the Silent Mode App

1. Click on your name in the top right corner.

3. Click on Download.

5. Select Silent Mode on the screen.

7. Click on Mac.

9. Copy the provided link for installation.

Step 2 : Install the App

1. Open Terminal on your Mac.

3. Paste the copied link into the Terminal and press Enter.

5. Enter the Mac password to proceed the installation.

Step 3: Enable System Permissions

1. The app will automatically run in the background once the installation done.
2. Go to the Apple menu and select System Preferences.

4. Click on Security & Privacy.

6. Find Accessibility and turn on permissions for the plugin.

8. Navigate to Screen Recording and turn on permissions for the plugin.

Step 4: Verify Application Installation

1. To verify the application installation status on the web platform,


 navigate to Data Visuals >> Silent App Tracking >> Inactive Computers on the web platform.

2. Enter the User email for mapping.

4. After completing the above steps, refresh the page and verify the mapping status under Computers.
