How to Uninstall the Silent App on a Mac?

Open Activity Monitor (you can find it by searching for it in Launchpad).
In Activity Monitor, search for the Plugin process.

Select the process and click the Stop (X ) button in the top-left corner to force quit it.

Go to your Applications folder.
Find the Plugin app.
Right-click on the Plugin app and select “Move to Bin” or drag it directly to the Trash.
