Flowace Reports: A Guide to What to Use and When

Flowace reporting covers three core use cases: workforce attendance and hours, app and URL activity, and task-level billing and project accounting. This document gives a concise overview of all three reports, explains what each one answers, and helps you pick the right report for your question. Follow the links at the end for full column definitions, configuration walkthroughs, and sample outputs.

App and URL activity

Which apps and websites did employees use? How much time went to productive vs. unproductive tools?

Task Time Report

Billing and project accounting

How many hours were logged against each client and task? What is the billable value and internal cost?
