How to add New Users/employee id in Flowace?

How to Add or Edit a User & Assign an Employee ID


  • Click on your **name **in the top right corner.

  • Select Admin Settings.

  • Choose Add User or Edit User.

  • Complete all mandatory fields.

Note:

Roles determine access and permissions:

  • Associate – Standard user
  • Manager – Team lead with extra access
  • Admin – Full administrative access
  • Silent App User – User without active tracking



  • Click on Additional Fields.

  • Enter the User ID, then click Save.
