How to add New Users/employee id in Flowace?
How to Add or Edit a User & Assign an Employee ID
- Click on your **name **in the top right corner.

- Select Admin Settings.

- Choose Add User or Edit User.

- Complete all mandatory fields.

Note:
Roles determine access and permissions:
- Associate – Standard user
- Manager – Team lead with extra access
- Admin – Full administrative access
- Silent App User – User without active tracking

- Click on Additional Fields.

- Enter the User ID, then click Save.
