How to configure Productivity Scope?

Differences between company-level, team-level and individual-level productivity ratings:
Company-level ratings
These cover the entire organisation and reflect how the company as a whole is performing.
Team-level ratings
These apply to specific groups of people working together (e.g., a department, project team).
Individual-level ratings
These focus on the performance of a single person.
Step—by—Step Instructions:
To update productivity ratings across company, teams, or individuals:
- In the top— right corner of the interface, click on your name to open your account menu.

- Select Admin Settings to enter the administrative configuration panel.

- From the sidebar, choose Productivity Ratings to access productivity management options*.

- Within the Productivity section, click on Productivity Scope in the left sidebar.

- Here you can decide whether ratings apply to the entire organization, individual users, or specific teams—adjust according to your needs*.
