How to configure Productivity Scope?

Managing productivity ratings effectively ensures you can monitor performance and tailor metrics at the organizational, team, or individual level. This guide shows you step by step **
how to set the scope of productivity ratings in your system.

Differences between company-level, team-level and individual-level productivity ratings:


Company-level ratings

These cover the entire organisation and reflect how the company as a whole is performing.


Team-level ratings

These apply to specific groups of people working together (e.g., a department, project team).


Individual-level ratings

These focus on the performance of a single person.

 

Step—by—Step Instructions:

 

To update productivity ratings across company, teams, or individuals:


  • In the top— right corner of the interface, click on your name to open your account menu.


  • Select Admin Settings to enter the administrative configuration panel.


  • From the sidebar, choose Productivity Ratings to access productivity management options*.


  • Within the Productivity section, click on Productivity Scope in the left sidebar.


  • Here you can decide whether ratings apply to the entire organization, individual users, or specific teams—adjust according to your needs*.
