How to label websites & apps as productive, unproductive or neutral?
🎯 Overview
You can assign productivity ratings for websites and apps—marking them as Productive, Unproductive or Neutral. These ratings can be applied at the Company, Team, or Individual level.
✅ Step‑by‑Step Instructions
1. Access Your Account Settings
- Click your name (or profile icon) in the top‑right corner of the screen.
- Choose Account Settings from the menu.

2. Navigate to Admin Settings
- Within Account Settings, select Admin Settings.
- On the left sidebar, click **Productivity Ratings.**

3. Go to the “Websites & Apps” Tab
- In the Productivity Ratings section, select the “Websites & Apps” tab.
- Here you’ll manage ratings for online tools, applications and websites.

4. Set Ratings at the Company Level
- In the left menu under Websites & Apps, click Company Ratings.
- Choose the rating (Productive, Unproductive or Neutral) that applies across your entire organisation.

5. Configure Ratings at the Team Level
- To tailor ratings for specific groups, select Teams.
- Choose a Team and apply the desired rating for websites/apps relevant to that team.

6. Configure Ratings at the Individual Level
- For granular control, select Individual Ratings in the left menu.

- Select a specific user.

- Then set ratings for apps and websites for that individual user.
