How to Manually Add, Edit and Remove Time in Flowace?



Who Can Add, Edit Time and Remove?



Default Admin has the authority to Add, Edit and Remove the Timesheet for all the User. Admin can control whether a user can Add, Edit and Remove time. By giving permission under Admin Setting >> Web >> Timesheet.

If a user is allowed to edit time, the following restrictions apply:

Admins can edit everyone’s time.
Regular users can edit only their own time.
User can edit the times of the people as per the Hierarchy and Viewership.

Adding Manual Time:


User can Add Time sheet clicking on the New Timesheet Button under Timesheet Module.

Select the Time against the assigned L3 ( ex : Matter, Task , Projects etc.. based on l3 terminology ).
Click on save button.

Also user can classify the tracked time by clicking on classify red button under Timesheet Page.

User can classify the time by selecting the all check box.
Also user can classify the entry by using the Time filter, App title and Duration Filter.

Editing Tracked Time:


User Can Edit Time sheet clicking on the 3 dot button present on the top right on Timesheet Module.

Select Edit timesheet to reclassify the timesheet with different L3 or to remove the classification.
To reclassify the timesheet you can select the multiple check box option or select all check box option to reclassify the timesheet entry.

To remove the classification you can select the multiple check box option or select all check box option to remove the classification.

Also you can filter to Edit or remove time by selecting the filter option on the bottom. Filter by Application, by type and by time.


Deleting Tracked Time:


User can Delete the tracked time by clicking on 3 dot button present on the top right On timesheet Module.
Click the Delete NonL3 ( Matter, Task etc.. ) entries button .

Select the check boxes to proceed for deletion and click on the delete button present on the right button.
Please confirm for deletion on the popup.
