What is the My Profile page?
The My Profile section displays basic information about your Flowace account.
What youβll see:
- User name and email
- Role (e.g., Admin)
- Profile picture (editable)
- Organisation details (Designation & Team)
- Work analytics summary
Work Analytics Explained:
- Last Month: Your average working hours for the previous month
- This Year (Until [current month]): Year-to-date average working hours
How to update your profile
- Click the pencil icon next to your profile picture
- Upload a new picture
- Update your Designation or Team
- Changes are saved automatically

This section controls your app integrations, email preferences, and mobile settings.

Flowace supports external tools you can connect for enhanced tracking.
Available Integrations:
- Dropbox β Automatically categorize timesheets using your Dropbox folders
- Asana β Sync tasks and track time directly for Asana projects
How to enable an integration
- Toggle the switch next to the integration name
- Follow any authorization prompts

Choose which notifications you want to receive:

Task Deletion | Email when a task youβre involved in is deleted |

Organization Weekly Timesheet Report | Weekly summary of team time logged |

Inactive Timesheet Alert | Alert for missed timesheet entries |
Turn notifications on/off:
Use the toggle switches to enable or disable the alerts you want.

- Sync App Usage: Enable tracking of app activity
- Task Comment Notification: Receive alerts for new task comments

Where is it located?
Navigate to: Settings β Account and Other
π Timezone
Set your preferred timezone so that your work hours and analytics match your local time.
How to change timezone
- Open the Timezone dropdown
- Select your zone (e.g., UTC+05:30, Asia/Kolkata)
- Click Save
π Change Password
Update your password anytime to keep your account secure.
Steps:
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter a New Password
- Confirm by entering the new password again
- Click Save
