How to Export Local Data Files on Windows

This guide explains how to locate, export, the Flowace desktop application's local data on Windows systems. These steps may be required for troubleshooting or when requested by the support team.

Export Local Data

If instructed to send your local app data:

Close the Flowace desktop application completely.
Navigate to: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\GCMPlugin
Copy the FlowaceTimer-s.db file and rename the copy to FlowaceTimer-s - Copy.db.
Compress FlowaceTimer-s - Copy.db into a .zip file.
Email the .zip file to support@flowace.ai.

Tip: Replace Your Username with your actual Windows login name.
